Andres M. Garcell

Founder & CEO

Andres M. Garcell founded PaxLabs in Q4 2024 with a specific thesis: decentralised finance had inherited permissionlessness, but not a mechanism for capital to flow toward proven skill. He incorporated the company in Delaware to build that mechanism from the ground upstarting with a sovereign chain, then the exchange runtime above it, and the risk engine that allocates across both.

He serves as CEO and lead architect. On-record quotes and speaking requests should be routed through press@labs.paxeer.app.
